Studies have shown that 55% of your communication is the non-verbal body language component and 38% is voice tone. So it would seem that in order to improve your communication skills with women, you should first focus on body language and voice tone.
A common beginner mistake for the aspiring pickup artist is to focus too much on what to say. Here’s the thing: It’s not so much about what you say as it is how you say it. Women are far more in-tune with body language than men. In fact, most guys have no idea what their body is unconsciously saying to women. This is why it’s so crucial to become aware of what your body and voice tone are signaling.
Body Language is a high-end product by David DeAngelo’s that takes you through every facet of body language, and to a lesser extent, voice tone. It comprises over 8+ hours of proven methods, techniques, and tips on how to master the necessary skills of more masculine and persuasive communication. Let’s take a look of the content
The first module has David D talking about the “mating dance.” The beginning parts of the program are more theoretical but it’s still important to learn these fundamentals. David walks you through the science of the mating dance, how other animals go through specific mating rituals, and how female animals judge the male based on precise non-verbal movements.
Next up is Mystery. In my opinion, he offers the most value to this product. In his 1-hour talk, he goes through the key principles taught in the Mystery Method. At the time of this presentation, Mystery wasn’t nearly as famous as he is now. The response from the audience when they first saw his outrageous costume was pretty funny. But truth be told, Mystery packs a great deal of knowledge in his talk. It was one of the very first times he presented his breakdown of the Human Mating Dance including his theories of Peacocking, Proximity, and Demonstrating High Value. You’ll definitely want to watch this section multiple times.
As the video series continues, you’ll hear from other dating exerts. Steve Piccus and Hypnotica focus more on the inner game of body language. They explain how what you’re thinking and feeling internal leaks out into your body language. So it’s equally important that you master your psychology in order to master your body language. These speakers complement the more theoretical teachings of David DeAngelo and the more scientific teachings of Mystery.
Later in the program, Tyler Durden shares some interesting perspectives about voice tone. Patty is the only female speaker on the program, and she does a great job explaining things from a female perspective. Other speakers include Craig and Will who have also appeared on other David D programs. These speakers weren’t as impressive, but I did get some takeaways from them as well.
Conclusion
The first time I watched this video program was over 5 years ago. But after re-watching it again for this review, I realized just how much I learned (and forgot) from this program! Body language is really important, and if your body language is weak, then it can mess up your entire game. What you get with this program is multiple perspectives combining psychology, evolution, theory, inner game, and of course, the outer game–all with the main goal of helping you attract more women by fixing and improving your body language. I didn’t agree entirely with every speaker, but for an in-depth study of non-verbal communication for dating success, this video seminar, especially the presentation by Mystery, will definitely help you attract more women.
